The Program
We work directly with teachers and faculty at high school and college levels to match classrooms with guest speakers from our network of creatives, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Speakers are carefully curated to ensure a high-impact experience for students.
We facilitate a 90-minute session with the speaker, in-person or virtually, which includes an open Q&A with students. The session format is developed and moderated by SWIM.
The Benefits
The program provides a unique opportunity for students to learn about modern careers — new paths and industries that didn’t exist even ten years ago.
We spark curiosity and optimism for students— guest speakers will share insight into their own journey, how they navigate challenges, and the tools that help them.
We discuss the topic of social media as it relates to career, self expression, and mental health.
